Month to month, no contract. Prefer to pay once? One-off websites and AI help setups are below. No VAT is added, and every cost is agreed with you before any work starts.

What is "Sort it for me"? Starting soon
Stuck with something on your computer or phone, like email setup, the printer, settings or files? We connect with your permission, you watch, and we fix it. We never handle banking or passwords.

- Month to month, no contract, and no setup fee. Stop whenever you like.
- Free website: every bundle includes a free one-page website. Want a bigger 3–5 page site? It's £149 for bundle members (normally £200). Your web address (domain) is paid for 1 year on Essentials, 2 years on Busy and 3 years on Takeaway / Pro, then it's £10 a year. Hosting stays included while you're on the plan.
- If you leave within your first 6 months, the normal price of your one-page website applies (£150). For your first 6 months we look after your website and web address for you. If your plan stops before then (including if you take the first-month money back), your website is paused until you pay the one-page website price (£150) or restart your plan. After 6 months, your website and web address are yours to keep, even if you leave.
- First-month money back: you pay your first month up front. If your bundle doesn't bring in at least one new enquiry (or, for takeaways, at least 20 orders) in that month, we refund your first month's bundle fee. The 6-month website rule above still applies if you then leave.
- Extra receptionist minutes are 15p each. Your receptionist never stops answering.
- Sort it for me hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Extra Sort it sessions are £20. If we miss the booking time, that month's session is free.
- A small change is anything up to 15 minutes: new prices, hours, photos, an offer or text. Unused changes don't carry over.
- Your chat bot and receptionist tell people they're talking to an automated assistant, and a real person supervises them.

What counts as an emergency: your card machine, booking system, email or website is down, or your phone isn't diverting. Anything that's losing you money today.

Takeaways: pick Regular (£65/month, 400 min, about 200 calls, so about 33p a call) or Large (£99/month, 800 min, about 400 calls, so about 25p a call). Large is cheaper if you take more than about 313 calls a month. Busy night? Extra calls are just 15p a minute, and every extra call is another order. Per-call prices assume an average call of about 2 minutes. Hear a sample takeaway call.
- What if you go over your minutes? Your receptionist never stops answering. Extra minutes are 15p each, added to your next bill. We'll let you know when you've used 80% of your minutes, so you can move up a plan if that works out cheaper. To protect you from spam calls, each line takes up to 150 calls a day.
- First-month money back: You pay your first month up front. If your receptionist doesn't bring in at least one new enquiry (or, for takeaways, at least 20 orders) in that month, we refund it, as long as your calls went to your receptionist for the whole month. Covers the first month's receptionist monthly fee only. Any genuine caller enquiry it passes on to you counts; for takeaways, any genuine order it takes counts. Setup is free when the receptionist is added to one of our website packages; otherwise it's £49, paid as agreed with you up front.
- Free demo first: before you pay, we build a free demo receptionist with your own menu or services that you and your staff can ring. It never touches your real phone line, switches itself off after a limited time and takes up to 20 calls a day. No card needed. Get your free demo.
- Free 7-day builder trial: builders and trades can upload up to 5 job photos and see each one at 3 price levels with a rough quote. No website needed, just a link that works on your phone, and no card needed. Get your free builder trial.

Fact Check: free
Fact checks are free and public. Anyone can send us a claim to check, free. We can't promise to check every one: we pick the claims that are most widely shared or could cause the most harm, and we only check facts, not opinions. We publish our verdicts as free articles for everyone to read, with links to our sources.
Thank you reward: If we publish a fact check on the claim you sent, we'll email you a free Clarity guide of your choice as a thank you. One free guide per published check. If several people send the same claim, the first one to send it gets the guide.

Pricing questions
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Every price is agreed with you before any work starts. Anything paid to another company (like your web address, or your AI assistant subscription after any months your plan includes) is listed in the small print above.
What if I stop paying the subscription?
Your assistant pauses while the subscription is off, and nothing more is charged. Your website, price lists and files stay yours and keep working. Start the subscription again whenever you like and we'll help get your assistant running again, free within your support period.
