Yes. Every bundle includes a free one-page website, with your web address paid for 1 year on Essentials, 2 years on Busy and 3 years on Takeaway / Pro, then £10 a year. Hosting stays included while you're on the plan. Want a bigger 3–5 page site? It's £149 for bundle members (normally £200). There's no setup fee on any bundle. If you leave within your first 6 months, the normal price of your one-page website applies (£150). For your first 6 months we look after your website and web address for you. If your plan stops before then (including if you take the first-month money back), your website is paused until you pay the one-page website price (£150) or restart your plan. After 6 months, your website and web address are yours to keep, even if you leave.

Yes. You pay your first month up front. If your bundle doesn't bring in at least one new enquiry (or, for takeaways, at least 20 orders) in your first month, we refund that first month's bundle fee. If you leave within your first 6 months, the normal price of your one-page website applies (£150). For your first 6 months we look after your website and web address for you. If your plan stops before then (including if you take the first-month money back), your website is paused until you pay the one-page website price (£150) or restart your plan. After 6 months, your website and web address are yours to keep, even if you leave.

AI help is one price ladder, all one-off setup fees: Starter £149, Business £349 and Full £699. Business includes a simple one-page website and Full includes a multi-page website. See what's in each level or the pricing page.

You pay your own AI assistant subscription, monthly and straight to the provider. Starter includes your first month of it, Business your first 6 months and Full your first year; after that you pay it yourself. We'll confirm which plan you need and its cost before we start. Your web address, if you need one, is included for the first year, then £10 a year going forward. The AI phone receptionist and its phone number are included in our receptionist price.

Your assistant pauses while the subscription is off, and nothing more is charged. Your website, price lists and files stay yours and keep working. Start the subscription again whenever you like and we'll help get your assistant running again, free within your support period.

It's an optional add-on, with three plans based on how many minutes of calls you get, from £35 a month. Prices and minutes are on the pricing page. Calls can last up to 4 minutes.

Your receptionist never stops answering. Extra minutes are 15p each, added to your next bill. We'll let you know when you've used 80% of your minutes, so you can move up a plan if that works out cheaper. To protect you from spam calls, each line takes up to 150 calls a day.

You pay for your receptionist a month in advance. For trades and other businesses, if it doesn't bring you at least one new enquiry or booking in your first month, we refund that month's fee. For takeaways, if it takes fewer than 20 orders in your first month, we refund that month's fee. Either way, this applies as long as your calls went to your receptionist for the whole first month. Covers the first month's receptionist monthly fee only. Any genuine caller enquiry it passes on to you counts; for takeaways, any genuine order it takes counts. Setup is free when the receptionist is added to one of our website packages; otherwise it's £49, paid as agreed with you up front.

Yes. Before you pay anything, we build a free demo receptionist with your own menu or services, prices and hours, from a menu photo, your Just Eat page, your website or a quick chat. You and your staff ring it to hear how it handles calls. It never touches your real phone line, switches itself off after a limited time and takes up to 20 calls a day. It's free, with no card needed, and if you then sign up, most of your setup is already done. Ask for your free demo.

Yes. Recommend us: get a £25 voucher for every business you refer. Choose an M&S or Amazon voucher. It's yours once the business you referred has paid for its website or AI help setup. They get £25 off their setup too. No limit.

We offer beginner group sessions, one-to-one sessions, a 3-session bundle, team workshops and follow-ups. Prices are on the pricing page. In person at your premises, or online. There are no travel charges. The full price, date and place are agreed with you before you book, so there are no surprises. Training at our own premises: coming soon.

Before you hire a tradesperson, sign with a supplier or invest in a company, we check the business using public records (Companies House, directors, reviews, website, the FCA register where relevant and Gazette notices) and send you a short plain-English PDF report. Businesses only, from public records. We never trace or investigate private individuals, we do no surveillance, and we are not a private investigator service. Anyone can send us a claim to check, free. We can't promise to check every one: we pick the claims that are most widely shared or could cause the most harm, and we only check facts, not opinions. We publish our verdicts as free articles for everyone to read, with links to our sources. Details on the Fact Check page.

Type in a UK reg number and you'll see the car's MOT status, its MOT history with the mileage and advisories at each test, vehicle details, any open recall and a clean-air zone estimate, from the official DVSA MOT History data, plus a link to check tax free on GOV.UK. It's free. For £49, the Car + Seller check adds a Standard Business Background Check on the dealer or garage, in one report. Finance, stolen and write-off checks are coming soon.

Yes. It has its own number, and you set your phone to divert to it when you're busy or don't answer. Customers keep ringing your usual number. Your own phone provider may charge for diverting calls; check your call plan.

Anything that takes up to 15 minutes, such as new prices, opening hours, photos, an offer or a few lines of text. Small changes are covered by your Clarity Care bundle, your included support, or a care plan or pay-as-you-go (see the pricing page). Unused changes don't carry over. Bigger jobs are quoted first.

We set things up with GDPR in mind. Your accounts stay in your name where possible (the AI phone receptionist and its number are run by us for you), we choose tools with UK/EU GDPR terms and switch off model training, we collect only what's needed, and we don't paste sensitive customer data into AI chats. We sign a short data-processing agreement with each client, and your chatbot, receptionist or form tells people they're talking to an automated assistant.

No contract. Clarity Care bundles, care plans and the AI phone receptionist are month-to-month, so you can stop whenever you like. Websites and AI help setups are one-off fees.

Yes. Every AI reply is supervised by a real person. A real person always checks everything and gets back to you. Nothing goes live without being checked, and any enquiry the AI can't answer is passed to a person.

Nothing goes out without your OK. Replies, quotes and posts are drafted for you to check and approve, answers come from information you've approved, and anything it isn't sure about is left for you.

No. We're not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to any price on this site.
